Too much summer sun for your blonde hair?

Eeeek! Is your cool, icy blonde turning a touch brassy after a summer of sun? For an instant brass banisher, reach for a neutralising purple shampoo, such as Sensus Zero Yellow shampoo and conditioner.

💜TOP TIPS💜

Shampoo- Once you have worked up a lather with your purple shampoo, leave the bubbles on your hair for a few minutes before rinsing for extra longer lasting and more effective neutralisation.

We often get asked how often you should use purple shampoo…. the answer as much as your hair needs it! For some blondes once a week is enough and others every time is a must. The pigment in purple shampoo usually lasts around 1-3 washes, and it depends on how much neutralisation you need, you need to play around with it a little to find the sweet spot for you. We recommend to start with every third was and increase/reduce as required. (If you just want a hint of colour you can always mix a little with your regular shampoo)

Conditioner- Always apply where it needs it most first and then comb/brush through. So if your roots are the warmest spot apply to them and then using a good detangling brush work the product down the hair to the tips, or if its the ends that need extra attention start the application there and work up to the roots with your brush.

Also put you posh white towels way out of reach if you don’t want them a nice shade of violet 💁‍♀️

Overdone the sun, sea and chlorine? No judgement 💛. Drop by and we’ll assess whether a toning service can bring back that stunning blonde or if a full colour refresh is in order.
