All bookings require a reservation fee to secure an appointment, the reservation fee will be redeemable against your appointment when checking out or can remain on your account to secure future bookings.
£20 per service
(for example a Cut and Colour would be £40)
If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment please let us know as soon as you can.
In the event that you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment and we’re unable to fill the slot, the reservation fee will be redeemed. However if we’re able to fill the appointment, we will keep the deposit on your account for future use. We completely understand that life happens, and we want to be as flexible as possible.
If you do not attend your appointment without letting us know your deposit will be redeemed. We do send out email and text reminders prior to your appointment to help prevent this.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep things running smoothly.
We follow a colour responsible policy for the safety and peaces of mind of our clients and team. If its your first visit to us or you have not had your colour done in the last 6 months we will require you to attend the salon for a skin test. A small amount of colour will be placed on your skin, you should leave this for 48 hours, if you experience any irritation you should let us know.
