Salon Policies

New Colour Appointments

We require all new colour clients to attend the salon for a pre booked complimentary colour consultation, this ensures we can book your appointment for the correct service and length of time, this allows us to carry out an allergy alert test and any other hair test you may require.

Reservation Fee

All bookings require a reservation fee to secure an appointment, the reservation fee will be redeemable against your appointment when checking out or can remain on your account to secure future bookings.

£20 per service

(for example a Cut and Colour would be £40)

If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment please let us know as soon as you can, ideally 48 hours minimum. If we are unable to fill the appointment time with less than 48 hours notice your deposit will be redeemed to help cover our staff and running costs.

If you do not attend your appointment without letting us know your deposit will be redeemed. We do send out email and text reminders prior to your appointment to help prevent this.

Skin Allergy Testing

We follow a colour responsible policy for the safety and peaces of mind of our clients and team. If its your first visit to us or you have not had your colour done in the last 6 months we will require you to attend the salon for a skin test. A small amount of colour will be placed on your skin, you should leave this for 48 hours, if you experience any irritation you should let us know.
