At The Strand we believe loyalty should be rewarded. With every visit, you’ll earn STAMPS that can be redeemed for fantastic rewards like FREE products, discounts on your favourite services, FREE treatments, and special VIP perks.
Download the ‘Stamp Me’ App
Head to the App Store or Google Play, search for ‘Stamp Me,’ and download the app to your phone.
Create Your Account
Open the app, register with your details, and create your account to get started.
Select ‘The Strand’ as Your Loyalty Card
Once your account is set up, search for our salon, The Strand, and select us as your loyalty card.
Start Earning Points
You’re all set! Just open the app and have it ready to scan at checkout after your appointment, and we’ll stamp your virtual card.
Already Have points? Here’s How We’ll Transfer Them To The New App!
We value your loyalty, and we want to make sure you don’t lose any of the points you’ve already earned. Once you’ve set up the ‘Stamp Me’ app, simply let us know at checkout after your next appointment, and we’ll transfer your points over.
For every 500 points you have from our existing loyalty program, we’ll convert them into 1 stamp on your new virtual loyalty card. It’s a seamless process, and you’ll continue to enjoy the rewards you’ve been building up—just in a new and improved way!
You earn 1 stamp for every visit and 1 stamp for every product purchased. You can also earn bonus stamps by rebooking your next appointment, submitting a review, referring a friend, or engaging with us on social media!
You can scan the QR code at reception, tap your phone on our contactless pod, or we can update your points manually in our system if needed.
Don’t worry! If you forget your phone, just let us know at checkout and we’ll manually add the stamps to your account.

Yes, you’ll receive notifications through the app whenever extra points or rewards are added to your account.
Absolutely! As part of Strand Perks, you might receive random discounts or exclusive offers that pop up while you’re earning stamps. Keep an eye on your loyalty card for these special surprises!
Once you’ve collected enough stamps, you can redeem them for rewards or discounts on services and products. The app will notify you when you’ve reached a reward level.
Your points will be transferred to the new Stamp Me app. For every 500 points you’ve earned in the old system, you’ll receive 1 stamp on your new virtual loyalty card. Just ask us to transfer your points during your next visit.
Yes! You’ll be able to see your current stamp count, available rewards, and any upcoming discounts directly in the Stamp Me app.
